Products & pricing

VOL. 001 tees are sold at a flat drop price of Rs. 2,999 unless otherwise stated. Limited drops may sell out without restock. Prices are in PKR. We may correct obvious pricing errors before fulfillment.

Checkout & payments

Orders are placed through our site and completed on Shopify's hosted checkout. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer orders are confirmed and dispatched once payment is received and verified; instructions are shown after checkout and in your confirmation email. OFFDUTY does not process or store card data on our own servers.

Shipping

Standard delivery within Pakistan is Rs. 250. Free shipping on qualifying orders over Rs. 10,000 (merchandise subtotal before shipping). International rates may differ when offered. Delivery times are estimates; delays from carriers or customs are outside our control.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items with tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Sale / final-sale pieces (if marked) are excluded. Contact support before sending anything back. Refunds for Bank Transfer orders are sent back via bank transfer; COD refunds are issued via bank transfer once you share your account details. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.

Intellectual property

OFFDUTY name, logos, graphics, and site content are owned by OFFDUTY or its licensors. You may not copy or resell our assets without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OFFDUTY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays in delivery. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the store after updates constitutes acceptance.
