Who we are

OFFDUTY (“we”, “us”) operates the storefront at offduty-apparel.com and sells streetwear through Shopify. Contact: offdutyapparelpk@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order and shipping details you provide at checkout (name, email, phone, address).
• Cart contents stored locally in your browser on our site until you check out.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site (e.g. IP for security rate limits).

Payments

Card and payment details are entered only on Shopify's hosted checkout. OFFDUTY does not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment security for the checkout flow is handled by Shopify — we do not claim independent PCI DSS certification for the Offduty storefront.

How we use information

To fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with Shopify (commerce platform), carriers for delivery, and infrastructure providers that host this site (e.g. Vercel). They process data under their own terms as needed to run the store.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies/storage for cart and session behavior. We do not currently run third-party marketing analytics or ad pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and add consent where required.

Retention & requests

Order records are kept as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Email offdutyapparelpk@gmail.com to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data where applicable.
